Hagstrom’s 8-string bass quickly became a legend among bass-players since it was introduced in 1967 as the first production-scale instrument of its kind. Brought back to life as the HB-8, Hagstrom’s recreation of this legendary classic is designed to offer modern players access to classic 60’s sounds as well as the familiar bass tones of today. Equipped with Hagstrom’s H-Expander™ truss rod, the HB-8’s neck is thin and comfortable, yet incredibly stable and road-worthy for years of dependable use. Pickups are Hagstrom’s own humbucking Dyna-Rails, and a six-way rotary pickup switch allows access to an inspiring kaleidoscope of tones. Take the Hagstrom HB-8 to the front of the stage and enjoy the limelight!

This bass is in excellent condition. No dings, deep scratches, belt rash, or heavy fret wear. Plays and sounds fantastic!
