Custom Bruko Octave (Twen) Guitar

Extremely rare and very cool vintage Bruko Octave guitar, built by German ukulele maker Bruko in West Germany.
Similar to a guitalele in size, but tuned to E (one full octave up from typical guitar tuning), and a lot of fun to play.
According to my correspondence with Bruko (brueko.de/en), this instrument is also called a Twen Guitar and was part of Bruko's regular production line until about 10 years ago. The top is spruce, the back and sides are okoume, the neck is alder, and the bridge and fingerboard are rosewood.   
Currently strung with high tension classical strings (which sound great), but the Bruko Octave is built for steel (soprano) strings. 
Dimensions -- total length: 30"; scale length: 21"; upper bout width: 8"; lower bout width: 10.5"; body depth: 3"; nut width: 1.625"
Condition -- very good condition overall: one chip on lower bout and a small nick on back of neck, as shown in last two pictures; otherwise, just a few very minor scratches and scuffs, consistent with age, and minimal wear to frets and fretboard. 
No case, but guitar will be packed very well and shipped with insurance.
