The Gold Tone BG-150F is a full size, bluegrass banjo with many of the high-end features found in their of their top of the line models. This would also be an excellent instrument for players looking for a lighter weight bluegrass banjo.

The BG-150F has excellent projection thanks to its 14" mahogany resonator. The hoop is held in place with 24 J-hooks, so the Remo head maintains constant, even tension and prevents false overtones. The bound maple neck is topped with a rosewood fretboard and is anchored to the body via two (not one) coordinator rods. Quality hardware abounds with planetary tuners, a one-piece flange, rolled brass tone ring and a cast tailpiece.

Other classy appointments include and engraved armrest, maple & ebony bridge, “Hearts & Flowers” inlays and a razor-thin gloss burst finish. Yeah, it's got the good stuff.
