Product Description

Up for sale is my Fender American Vintage Series '64 Jazz Bass. Black (discontinued) on an alder body with rosewood fingerboard. Includes hardshell case, pickup and bridge covers, thumb rest, original paperwork, as well as the following upgrades. All upgrades are "drop-in" so no modifications were made, and original parts can simply be put back on if desired.

Hipshot D-Tuner for drop D tuning (original E string tuner included)
Gotoh 201B High Mass Bridge (original bridge included)
Black pickguard (original white pickguard included)
Dunlop strap locks (original pegs included)

There is one dent on the front from dropping a tool during setup, and some buckle rash on the back, but that's it. Recently setup with with new strings and sounds and plays great.

These currently sell new online for $2,199, but you can no longer get it in black.
