Custom C. F. Martin T-1 Vintage Ukulele circa 1960ies

Condition:
At some point in this ukulele's past, it appears there it was stored improperly and affected the finishing which, although original, does have some alligatoring. Other than that and a few nicks and such, the finish is quite nice 
The interior brand is present and contains "Made in the USA" dating it post 1962
Martin Logo on Headstock is picture perfect with Gold Lettering & Black OutlineVisual inspection: No cracks or warping are present, braces are secure the neck is straight. No signs of previous repair.
Tapping Inspection: instrument resonates nicely and evenly with no sharp noises from lose braces present.
Minor scratches and scuffs as you'd expect with an instrument that has seen some action but, nothing major like severe gauges or dents.
Playability:
As you'd expect, a nice vibrant tone that resonates nicely.
Near perfect action with G String action measuring between 2.5-2.75mm & the A string at 2.75mm (both at the 12th fret from the top of the fret to the bottom of the string). Depending upon your personal playing style it may benefit from a professional set-up. But for me the instrument is playing just as you'd expect a classic Martin Ukulele to perform: a warm responsive, round sound that is bright and clear.
