Custom Vintage Banjo Ukulele - Banjolele - Metal Resonator

This is a used, vintage Banjo Ukulele. Some refer to it as a Banjolele, or Banjo-Uke. It plays and sounds very nice. I believe the neck and fretboard are maple. The resonator/pot is all metal and has a partially open back. The person I originally bought it from said it was from the 1920's, but I cannot confirm that. There are no model numbers, serial numbers, or manufacturer markings on this instrument. It is definitely not a modern instrument. It has a natural skin head on it. I did put a new bridge on it, so it plays very nicely. The tuners do hold the tune, however, the adjustment screws on the back of each tuner do occasionally need tightened. I have it strung and tuned like a standard soprano ukulele. The banjolele weighs about 3 pounds unpacked.

Measurements (approximate):

• 15 frets

• 10 lugs/brackets

• 21.5" long from top of headstock to bottom of pot

• 8.75" neck - from nut to top of pot.

• 5.5" head, 6.5" pot

I will ship this instrument well packed and with the bridge removed so there is no damage to the banjo head.
