NEW Blem Special Michael Kelly Legacy Dragonfly Flame acoustic F-style mandolin in LIMITED American Walnut. This is a NEW B-stock item with minor cosmetic flaws that do not affect playability, sound, functionality or structural integrity.

There are features which could be considered part of the aged look of the finish but we have opted to note them below.

There are is a tiny dimple and slightly dark areas on the back of the body (see pic).

There are bumps, dimples, and dark spots on the horn on the front of the body (see pic).

There are light spots on the tailpiece (see pic).

There is a shiny line on the side of the neck coming from the nut (see pic).

There are tiny pits on the end of the headstock (see pic).

There is a small fill spot on the fingerboard (see pic).

Comes with a one-year warranty from Michael Kelly.

The Legacy Dragonfly Flame is a top of the line Michael Kelly mandolin. The centerpiece of the Dragonfly model is the unique vine inlay design carefully inlaid into the fingerboard. The inlay made from real pearl and abalone gives this mandolin a truly custom look. The Flame is also equipped with one of our most in demand features, a radiused fingerboard that is very comfortable to play. Many players feel that a radiused board improves their performance. The "Flame" in the Dragonfly Flame comes from its stunning solid flame maple back and sides. For improved tone, Michael Kelly has equipped this model with its proprietary one-piece tailpiece that adds ring and resonance.
