The All New Classic J Antique features: a nitrocellulose lacquer finished body, tinted nitrocellulose neck with heavy stainless steel frets, Rosewood fingerboard and a set of Alnico V Classic J Vintage pickups.

The nitrocellulose lacquer finish and our proprietary antiquing process make each Classic J Antique™ feel like it has been loved for years.

The Suhr Classic J Antique is based on the iconic electric bass designs of the 1960's. This shape has helped define the electric bass guitar for over half a century. The Classic J’s sleek frame, asymmetrical body shape, and slim vintage neck profile make for an instrument that combines vintage style with modern improvements.
