Genuine branded DiMarzio Precision bass built in the 70's from catalog items offered by DiMarzio. The quality, fit and finish are superb. Playability and tone are amazing and every bit as punchy and warm as any original Fender Precision bass, but with a bit more balls. The neck is spectacular! Thin and very fast with perfect frets. The headstock has a walnut inlay, I believe used in the 70's to deter fraud among collectors. If you are a P-bass guy, this will be a crowning jewel of your collection and may end up being one of your best gigging basses now that your 70's Fenders have become so valuable! Ships in a Fender gigbag. As seen in the pics, there is one gold pick guard screw in the back of the bass the purpose of which is unknown. Like jewelry, it doesn't affect the playability or desirability of the bass one bit. Finish is otherwise spectacular.
