Custom 1993 Yamaha TRB-4 bass, Made in Japan with John East Deluxe Preamp

Too mane basses so I am selling my 1993 Yamaha TRB-4. I bought this bass from the first owner 2 years ago for $800. I upgraded with the top John East Deluxe preamp ($350) active/passive and $140 Fender USA pickup. The bass sounds incredible. Cosmetic, it is in excellent condition except there is a small scuff near the knobs (look like it has been modified to have another knob but it does not go thru the body. Everything works perfectly, neck is straight, trust rods works perfectly. Frets are still in excellent condition. This bass sounds like a $2000 bass. Nut width 1.5 inches. Weights around 8.5 lbs. There is no bag or case, but I will pack it carefully. You will not be disappointed with this bass. I guarantee it.
