Product Description

Handmade Cigar Box Guitar. This is a 3 string, acoustic/electric instrument. It features a contoured, hardwood neck and Red Oak fretboard laminated together for extra strength. There are 19 medium/medium nickel silver Frets hand pressed into precision cut slots. A very nice Romeo y Julieta cigar box was used for the body and an internally mounted Piezo pickup with volume control is include (Box is reinforced for extra strength.) This guitar comes pre-strung with medium G guitar strings and will be ready to tune and play right out of the box.

These instruments are handmade using some new and some used materials in the spirit of the original methods. There will be some flaws and imperfections due to the nature of the materials and the assembly process.
