Custom GIBSON USA Les Paul Custom Light "Alpine White + Dark Rosewood" (2015)

The looks of a Les Paul Custom in a thinner, lighter package! The Les Paul Custom Lite was only offered for a few years in the 80s as an easier to handle version of the Classic Custom. Fairly rare, these guitars have developed a cult following. This limited edition (one of 250) recreation offers players these great features again. All of the specs are classic Gibson. The body is thinner than a regular Les Paul and features a tummy contour for comfort. The body is mahogany with a carved maple top. Multi ply binding adorns the top of the guitar for killer looks. The 24.75 inch scale mahogany neck features a bound rosewood fingerboard with block inlays. The headstock face is inlayed with the famous split diamond pearl motif. Gibson 490R and 498T humbuckers deliver great tone. A factory coil tap switch offers additional tones. A Tuneomatic bridge, Stopbar tailpiece and Grover tuners keep it all rock solid. The finish is Alpine White set off by gold hardware for that trademark tuxedo look of the Les Paul Custom. A very cool guitar at an easy to handle price!

This Les Paul plays and sounds great. The action is low, the frets are good and the neck is straight. Medium 50s neck profile. The pickups sound great and the coil tap adds extra versatility. A cool guitar. This is a clean guitar in Mint + condition. Well taken care of, No evident Play-wear. A very nice looking guitar indeed. Comes in Gibson hardshell case with unopened case candy

I like unique and the Les Paul Custom Lite has it in spades. Classic Custom looks but in a thinner, easier to handle package. This guitar almost plays itself. Love the weight and the contour. Grab an awesome Guitar!
