A Washburn P-bass (naturally road-worn)

As soon as you play a Washburn bass you get a feel of a company that knows what basses are about.Strong tone and a balanced fluid feel.I like also that everything on the bass is made for them, with their name cast or printed into it: Washburn bridge, Washburn tuners, Washburn pickups.
This one is what you could call naturally road-worn, unlike one that someone has paid good money to have roughed up artificially.

I fitted a set of new strings to this and did a full set up to make it play easily and fluently.
I have been working on the bass again in the studio today; playing it indoors I had found two of the fret-wires that stood slightly high and been dressing them to get them level with the rest... and once I had it playing clearer I tilted the pickup-set for a more equal output volume playing across from thin strings to the fat ones.
