Custom Hofner Custom Shop Gold Label Violin Bass Berlin Brown (Hershey Milk Chocolate!)

Very unique!
Handmade in Germany and
received yesterday from USA Hofner Distribution rep. Hand delivered!
It is a distributor demo/rep. sample, so I can't say that it's brand spanking new. It is however sold 'as new' with full manufacturer warranty and a solid 9.8 of 10 condition. Just taken out of case 3 or 4 times and showed off.
I am to believe that no more than 5 or 6 of these exist with this Berlin Brown finish. After all, it is a Gold Label Custom Shop which are known for One Off's or extremely limited runs. Note the rarer style "rugby football" tuners on this one.
Plays and sounds unbelievably good. I demoed it and didn't want to put it down. Don't know if you can really tell in the photos but there are know side markers on the neck. So, if you're a Looky-Lou when you play then you may need to get the fingernail polish out.....probably tape if you plan on reselling it.

As seen in the last photo, it was still maintained in it's plastic wrap inside the case and will now remain and be shipped that way.
