Custom 2002 Sei Millennium 5

For sale is a Sei Millennium bass built by renowned luthier Martin Petersen over at The Gallery in London. In celebration of Sei's 10th year in 2002 as a company crafting high end basses for some of the world's finest players these Millennium instruments were a token of that success in which only 10 were made. This one is #6 and its rarity also carries over to its sound providing infinite tonal variations. This thing covers every corner of the spectrum.

The construction is faultless. It has the slimmest neck profile you'll ever play. The high number of clear coats also brings out the burl into this three dimensional landscape. The  pictures simply do not give it justice. Also featured on this 35" monster are a 5A grade buckeye burl top/bottom, side LEDs, 7 piece straight thru neck of maple and swamp ash, flamed maple fingerboard, Bartolini 9J + MV pickups with 3 band/piezo buffer electronics, black aluminum ABM bridge and black hipshot tuners. Comes with Hiscox case and will be restrung with extra long scale strings.
