One has a label on the head-stock that is unreadable, the other has no labeling or markings.
Likely of eastern European, Russian, or Mediterranean origin.
The instruments are in need of a lot of repair, and are sold as is. Any competent luthier or musical instrument craftsman can repair these easily. They are in need of basic repairs like regule and cleat work, binding reglue, nut and saddle construction, etc... One of them has a bent tuning key.
