The Cardenal is Arnold's line of premier instruments built in Germany for export and sold by Alberto Ohermann. This is the true 142 voice model which tells me it was built prior to the German standardized 144 voice versions. These instruments could not be purchased originally in Europe as they were built solely for export to Argentina, Uruguay and other Latin American countries. The instrument plays well with some distortion from the lowest bass tones. It is in exceptional cosmetic condition with no damage or repairs. A truly rare find here in the United States!
