Bocote exhibits beautiful figuring of sweeps and swirls, creating an impressive look.  Bocote is a dark wood from Mexico with an even darker striping that makes this wood unmistakable.  The sound of Bocote is warm and punchy and volume is maximized by utilizing an arched back.  Featuring an open pore satin finish, the unique characteristics of  Bocote can be seen, felt and heard to the maximum extent.
