Custom Warwick Custom Shop Corvette $$ NT 5-String Bass 2006 Natural Oil Ash

For Sale is my 2006 Warwick Custom Shop Corvette $$ NT 5-String Bass.  Sweet playing and sounding instrument.  It sounds eye wateringly good and is by far the best feeling 5-string I have ever played.  

This Custom Shop Warwick Corvette $$ NT sports a swamp ash body with a natural oil finish. It's a very simple but beautiful finish that showcases the cool figuring in the swamp ash. The maple neck is joined to the body with neck-thru construction, which provides both stability and sustain. Electronically, this bass is really decked out. It sports two passive MEC hum-bucking pickups wired to an active preamp. In addition to the volume, balance, treble and bass knobs, there are two mini toggles for series/parallel/single coil control of each pickup.  Additionally the volume knob can be pulled out to put the bass in passive mode. The bass comes with its original plush gig bag, care kit and tools. 

The natural oil finish, while beautiful, leaves the bass susceptible to dings in the soft ash wood.  I've tried to show the dings it has accumulated over the past ten years in the photos. There are a few on the body but, the neck is perfect.
