Custom 1964 Gibson EB-2 vintage bass with OHSC

Up for sale is a vintage Gibson EB-2 electric bass made in 1964. It has a cool vintage vibe - various nicks, chips, dents & dings; surface scratches, weather checking & finish wear. Overall the bass has a great, worn in look to it with a gorgeous patina.

The neck is semi-chunky mahogany neck with cream side-dots. Beautiful dark rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl dot inlays. Original frets are in great shape with hardly any wear. The original tuners have been replaced with Schaller chrome tuners. 1 11/16" nut width; 30 1/2" scale length.

Double-bound, semi-hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Original nickel wrap-around bridge. Pickguard is missing.Original neck humbucker with nickel cover. Master volume & tone controls with gold "top hat" knobs. The original push in/out "choke" has been replaced with a 2-way toggle. Comes with the original hardshell case.
