Tone Pros System II SCS1 Locking US Tailpiece Studs Chrome SCS1/CH

This is a brand new
set of Tone Pros SCS1/CH locking studs. The items are sealed in their retail
package as pictured. These are US 5/16" x 24threads, for Gibsons
electrics and and other US stop tailpieces. Includes two locking studs and
bushings as pictures, however there is no need to pull/replace the bushings on
your existing tailpiece and it is strongly recommended you do not. The
bushings should be used for new builds only.

The top of these
studs screw off. You screw the studs into the body - they fit in your USA
thread stop tail bushings without modifications, then place the tailpiece on
the posts. Finally, screw the tops down until they lock.

Sure, one benefit is
the tailpiece won't fall off when you change strings. Yahoo. But the big
payoff is the tailpiece now couples to the body perfectly, no matter if you
screw the tailpiece all the way down or keep it up. The tailpiece is now perfectly
rigid, and the difference in tone is great - better harmonics, more sustain,
livelier.
