Custom Hondo - Fame 830 - Tigerburst - REAL LAWSUIT!!! RARE/VINTAGE. - See pictures

Not to be confused with the later, cheaper, Hondo ll line.

I told Myself that I wouldn't do this. But... here She is. It was my '66 P Bass (TRUST Me, this decision was made on the dollar value of these guitars, as I will be leaving them to my Daughter's, and Grandchildren. This plays, and sounds BETTER than My "P". They are BOTH 100% stock/original), or Her. 
The decision wasn't easy, as 30+ years ago, when my Dad handed Her to Me, all I wanted was a Fender. I got this. I still remember the look on his face. Yeah... I was pretty unappreciative. But, I kept Her around. My sentimental baggage, is your gain. The Fender stays. Anyhow... you know what this is. If HONDO had a museum, She would be the MAIN ATTRACTION.

Fender logo, on headstock... TOTALLY RARE. See picture, for "post lawsuit logo".

She's as PERFECT, as you'd expect from a Grrrl, Her age.

Neck is straight as an arrow.
Electronics, are clean, and as quiet as a church mouse. You do KNOW that they commissioned DiMarzio, for pickups, back then. Better than STOCK Fender.
  I don't know what the body is made from, but... it's some sort of really cool striped hardwood. So heavy, that it must be petrified (HA!). Sustains for DAYS. SOLID! (9.9lbs. Yeah... I'm old, and... My back hurts. The main reason for this decision).
 Real, vintage/stock/Grover tuners.
 GOLD hardware.
One piece, what seems to be Maple neck, with virtually NO fretware.
Aaaaaannnnnd, I'm including a hardshell, Roadrunner case.

HONESTLY... Look at the pictures. Take advantage, before I change My mind. This one is DIFFICULT.

I can GUARANTEE, that you CANNOT find another one, like this, in this condition. Do what you gotta do, before I change My mind.

As always... a serious offer, to a good HOME, is what I'm looking for.

I wish that I had more information to give you. I do not. She is that RARE.
