Custom Fender Jazz Bass 1976 3 Color Sunburst

This is rare!  An early 1976 Fender Jazz Bass that I believe to be in near mint/excellent condition!  I purchased it in 1978, and it doesn't leave the house--only used for home recordings every great once in a while. I am not a pro bass player--I'm a guitarist. Used so little, I cannot even see any fret wear!  I can find some very minor blemishes between the bridge and the end pin, and if you look at the back close up, you can see two small dings and some light scratches in one corner, which cannot be seen in pictures with my iphone 5s. There is some rust on the screws for the saddles.  The pick guard is a little dull in places. Included is the chrome string cover (screws missing), the thumb rest, and the inspection tag. (not pictured)  It sounds incredible, and is fitted with Fender 9050s stainless flatwound strings.  The case is in remarkable condition, as it has only been used in-house, or when I've moved.  It is with some sadness that I sell this real gem, in my possession for nearly 40 years, but, it's been in the case for years.  I would like to see someone use it and love it!
