1965 / 1966 Hofner 500/1 Violin Beatles Bass w/ NON-Original Hard Case

The 'Beatle' bass is one of the most recognisable and collectable bass guitars when it comes to vintage. Introduced in 1956, it came to fame when the young Paul McCartney fell in love with one in Hamburg. Since then it has been a part of every decade and has never lost it's striking appearance.

This is no exception to the rarity and build-quality of these early versions.

Brilliant, used condition. There is a small bit of wear to the front, as pictured, where the previous owner would have played it. Please do bear in mind that this is a 46 year old guitar so it won't be like a guitar coming straight out of the shop but, for it's age, it's brilliant condition.
