Product Description

The bass guitar is from Czechoslovakia, made by Jolana (which was the best guitar brand in the late communist countries). The bass guitar has a unique 'screwdriver' shape. It's a bass version of Jolana Star IX 6-string guitar. This guitar was manufactured in the first half of 1970's in Krnov, CSSR. It is a good relic guitar, all parts are original. The frets have almost no wear, as it was a second guitar of a bass player and he always used flatwound strings (no roundwound strings were available in the USSR). It's hard to find a similar guitar which was left unmodified in 90's by youngsters willing to get a higher output for punk rock or heavy metal they played.new frets!
