Fender Custom Shop '62 RI fretless Jazz Bass.  This limited edition bass (#3 of 12) was completed in Dec 1994 during the John Page era when the Fender Custom Shop came to be known as the "The Dream Factory".

I am the original owner - I purchased the bass in NYC from Sam Ash in early 1995.  It's been well cared for and is in excellent condition.  

The bass is all original - no parts have been replaced or modified. Only minor scratches, dings and dents including a small dent in the body next to the truss rod adjustment.  Amazing condition for a 22 year old bass

This bass has the same build as the later named "Jaco Pastorius" tribute/artist series basses.
