Designed for working bassists at all levels, the Deluxe Active Jazz Bass Okoume offers elegant styling and modern features that make it a superior Deluxe performer ideal for stage and studio alike. The body is fashioned from okoume, an African hardwood with an attractive straight grain and distinctive reddish-brown hue. Together with special modern pickups and active electronics, the result is a beautifully sophisticated and tonally versatile Jazz Bass experience.

OKOUME BODY
Imparting a beautifully sophisticated look, the body of this Deluxe bass model is fashioned from okoume, an African hardwood with an attractive straight grain and distinctive reddish-brown hue. Sonically, its bright tone and wide frequency response make it a pleasingly distinctive body wood.

ACTIVE ELECTRONICS
This Deluxe bass is equipped with modern active electronics, including a 9-volt onboard preamp for massive tone and three-band active EQ for getting the best out of every note, from subtle to seismic.

NOISELESS JAZZ BASS PICKUPS
Fender dual-coil ceramic Noiseless Jazz Bass pickups with nickel-plated pole pieces deliver premium modern tone and performance with classic Jazz Bass guttural midrange and singing high end.
