Custom Gibson EB-3 Bass 1973 CHERRY FINISH

1973 Gibson EB-3 bass in TRANSLUCENT CHERRY FINISH - all original and in very good overall condition - with original Gibson purple-lined hardshell case, serial number 054XXX Made in USA stamp.  Please see photos for condition:  there are scratches and dings typical for a bass that is now over 40 years old; some belt buckle rash on the back side that is through to the mahogany, but hey - it was the 70s - big belt buckles were happening.  Frets are in very nice shape for their age, lots of life left.  There is a 'top crack' present right near the input jack - see photo.  This likely happened as a result of the input jack area getting bumped while the jack was plugged into the bass.  The area is solid, though - and we will have our tech inspect the area prior to shipping, and have him shoot some glue into the area/ and clamp -if that is his professional recommendation.  Otherwise, this is a classic EB3 bass in quite nice shape with that original hard case.  These basses are hugely under-rated, and a great vintage buy as a result.  Pls feel free to call for in hand description.  Thanks.
