BIG MARKDOWN ON A BEAUTIFUL, CUSTOM-QUALITY BASS

Based in Modesto, CA, Dean Gatewood builds custom-level guitars and basses. This Gatewood 5 features a beautiful 2-piece flame maple body with arched back. The 5-piece maple/walnut neck has a beautiful ebony fretboard w/ pearl diamond inlays.

Active electronics include Seymour Duncan active Bass Lines pickups w/ 2-band EQ. The preamp is built for power—perfect for aggressive low end and high-energy performance.

The instrument is in excellent condition. The finish has a tiny ding near the input jack and another small mark behind the 1st fret. Neither have any impact on the looks, sound or playability of the bass. A hardshell case is included.
