Custom 1978 Fender Jazz Bass

1979 Fender Jazz Bass. A great playing and sounding bass with the less common Rosewood finger board. Original pots dating to mid 1978 and serial number also to 1978. A sticker under the neck pickup dating January 1979 tells us this was assembled in early 1979. All original parts except for the bridge pickup that comes with it but needs to be rewound. 3 bolt and handy bullet truss rod. Frets have some wear but still lots of life left. A small crack on the back of the peghead coming from under the low E tuner is fixed and very stable. 2 stress lines flanking the truss rod skunk stripe are also solid and in no need of repair. Many dings and wear to the body. Some initials and numbers scratched into the neck plate and on the back of the peghead .In fair condition. Call or use our chat feature for an in-hand description.
