Custom 1966 Hofner 500/2 Club Bass - 100% All Original Example, Very Clean, Great Bass!

For sale is this vintage 1966 Hofner 500/2 Club Bass electric bass guitar. This example, serial number 25327, is in very clean 100% all original condition. This raised logo specimen sports a duo of staple pickups, both of which sound particularly good. The neck is fairly straight, but does display slight relief, with the truss rod being fully torqued. This wouldn't be much of an issue, however, the neck angle also isn't the best. The bass plays easily currently, and even with the previous two issues compounded, each symptom is minor enough to permit decent action. It has vintage La Bella flatwound strings, which are absolutely perfect for this bass. This bass does not include a case.
