This model, more than any other Islander, is voiced similar to Kanilea’s sound. The solid spruce will continue to open up for years to come and already it outshines and outperform almost any other option under 500. Grab this model if want a tenor with an expensive sound and feel for less, don’t require a flashy look, but can appreciate appointments like Maple wood binding and an abalone rosette. The smooth satin finish along with wood bindings and purflings make this a very attractive tenor.
