The Ibanez SRFF806 is new for 2015 from the Bass Workshop section of Ibanez. Featuring the Fanned Fret system that allows varying scale lengths for each string. This creates an incredibly balanced and articulate bass with a B string tone that redefines how good a B can sound. The B sits on a 35.5" scale whilst the C is 33.6". Despit looking a bit daunting, these basses feel incredibly natural in the hands, it only takes a couple of minutes or so to get used to it and you will then wonder why you didnt do it earlier. 

Solid Ash body, Jatoba/bubinga/rosewood neck, Bartolini pickups, active preamp. Its a killer spec for the money.
