Custom 1960 Gibson EB-0 Bass

This is one of the 123 EB-0 Basses produced in 1960 with this rare body style, making this quite a rare instrument. It is a single owner instrument and has been very well taken care of, but shows some signs of wear.
 Everything is original and the finish is in excellent condition, showing only some minor checking and only having one spot of wear on the neck which is quite common. This bass has been played at small gigs in the Austin area since the 60s and sometime in the late 60s, a young woman came up to the owner and placed a holographic love sticker on the pickguard. He never had the heart to take it off as it reminded him of the journey this guitar has taken, and as per the request of the owner, I won't be removing it either. However, if the buyer wishes to remove it, it will come right off and won't leave any markings on the pickguard.
 This bass has incredible tone and the neck feels absolutely incredible. The frets show some minor wear but are still in great condition.
