Year and style verified by CF Martin Representative.
There are no cracks in the body or neck. It has been kept in it's felt sleeve and soft case. There are no strings on it at the time.   If a buyer wants to, we can do a video call and they can look closely at it.  
CF Martin, Vintage Instrument and Chicago Music Exchange all placed the value between $1800 and $2200.  Because it doesn't have the flame type pattern in the wood, they said it would be more to the lower side of it's value. Let's see what the true market price is.
