Custom Lange Banner Blue banjo uke pre 1930s

It works, just needs new strings, a set up, and a new banjo head.
The old banjo head is torn, but I left the old head on it because of the aesthetics and theme of the drawings and signatures.
It appears to have been owned by a college student in the early 1900s from a university starting with the letter M or also Brown University as it is drawn on the banjo head, along with football themed drawings. Really cool.

I can make out the word Banner on the headstock, but the word under it is a little harder to make out. It says either Issue or Blue. Being that Lange made Banner Blue banjo ukes, the assumption is that the second word is Blue.
