Custom Vintage Mandolin Late 1800s/very early 1900s Ladyhead Style "A" type mandolin

Late 1800s or very early 1900s lady head style A type mandolin.
There is no manufacturer label, signature, or imprint anywhere.
It is circa turn of the century (late 1800s early 1900s). I'm not sure if it is Italian made, U.S. made, European, etc... It appears to be European style or a European stringed instrument maker emigrated to the U.S. at the turn of the century, and made it here.
Beautifully carved ladyhead headstock. Looks like a Greek mythos goddess.
The fingerboard is ebony.
There's inlay around the sound hole.
This instrument needs work, but restored, it will be amazing.
It has cracks on the top and back that look like can be restored with humidification and cleating.
There are separations on the sides, please see photos.
There's some inlay missing from the sound hole area.
The neck and fingerboard are in great shape, including the headstock and ladyhead carving.
The tuning keys are in excellent shape.
The back and sides of the instrument are a beautiful figured quilted maple.
The neck heal integrity is perfect. 

Restored, this is easily a $2,000 instrument.

Perhaps a good project for a lutherie school student or apprentice learning under a master.
