Custom Selmer K-Modified Flugel 1950's

The Selmer K-Modified line was designed by Selmer technician Keith Ecker (hence the" K") by modifying the original Selmer Paris trumpet in 1954. 

This Selmer K-Modified Flugelhorn has a very strange wrap for the first and third valve slides. The Selmer flugels were played by such artists as Chet Baker and Clark Terry.

This horn has had dent repair done on the end of the bell bow and a small dent on the bottom pipe leading to the bell. Besides those two places though, the lacquer on the rest of the horn is in great condition.
