Got this from an old friend that use to play throughout college and then some. He has decided to let it all go. The bassoon was checked out by a local repair shop whom said that everything functions as it should, pads are great, no issues. It is all playable. He had a reed and showed it off for a minute. Really cool and really great sounding piece. There are some bumps and bruises from time. Some finish is coming off in a spot. There was a reset of one of the brackets that hold the 2 parts together, you can see all this in the pictures. There is a dent on the very bottom end cap.
