Ken Lawrence has been making basses and guitar for 30 years now. He is among a handful of ” lifers ” in the world of bass building – a testament to his skills and the demand for his instruments. Within the last few years Ken’s time has largely been taken by the making of electric guitars. ( damn guitar players ! )

Every January Ken is open to taking new orders until he feels there are enough orders for the coming year. When this quota is met, there are no more new orders taken till the following January. Right now the build time for a new order is 2-2.5 years , which means that if you place an order next January , there will likely be a 3-3.5 year wait.
