Custom Gibson EB-3 Bass Guitar -1974 -Cherry Finish -Original Gibson Case w/ Purple Plush -No Mods/Repairs

If you want to play like Jack Bruce, here's your chance: 1974 Gibson EB-3 four-string bass guitar in beautiful Heritage Cherry finish, with the original Gibson hardshell case with the desirable purple plush lining.

All original, and includes the bridge cover (which often goes missing). No repairs or modifications.

Special features include short-scale (32") 22-fret rosewood fretboard, two pickups with the four-position rotary  "varitone" switch, two volume and two tone controls, and original Schaller tuners. It plays great, sounds great, and all the electronics work like they should.

Very good condition. Some worming and scratches to the back that don't go through the finish. One or two small dings to the edge. But no cracks, breaks, dings, dents, rust, tarnish, or other issues. Neck is straight with very little fretwear. Tuners work very smoothly. I included one shot with the bridge cover removed so you can see it's all original.

Comes with the original Gibson hardshell case. This is not one of those flimsy cardboard things. It's sturdy and heavy. Nice and clean inside and out. Some scuffs around the edges, but otherwise it's fine: handle, latches, and hinges are solid. No funky smell.
