This posting is for a used Rare Classic 1989 Fender American Longhorn Jazz Bass in beautiful Vintage 3-Color Sunburst Finish with serial number #E95533 in Excellent Condition. This Fender bass is called a Longhorn or Boner bass because it is longer then standard jazz bass with 22 frets. It features Jazz Bass body, Modern C-shape maple neck, include a high-mass vintage bridge, Fender American Premium Alnico Jazz Bass single-coil pickups, thinner finish undercoat that lets the body breathe and improves resonance, improved Fender tuners that are 30 percent lighter while keeping the classic look, richer and deeper neck tint for a more elegant appearance, and Chrome hardware. The neck is super straight with great low action, and frets is super clean with plenty of life left. All electronics are in great working condition without any scratchy noise or interference. Cosmetically, it is in excellent condition for a 28 years old Bass. There are no cracks, defects, or damages except a few blemishes 2 or 3 small tiny dings around the body but hardly noticeable even in closed range. Overall, the 1989 is considering a Classic Fender Standard Jazz Bass with high quality and mastered craftsmanship at the time with great tones and comfortable light weight.
