Custom Brand new Huber Kalamazoo Truetone 5 string flathead banjo Huber set up with new hardshell case

Brand new Huber Kalamazoo Truetone 5 string flathead banjo with a new hardshell case.  This was set up by Steve Huber and all banjos we sell receive a complete inspection by Geoff Hohwald prior to shipping.

The inspiration for the Kalamazoo model, with it’s combination of a mahogany resonator with a straight grain maple neck and radiused fingerboard, came from one of Steve Huber’s most prized pre war flatheads.

The fingerboard is cut to a 14” radius with the original Huber inlay pattern. The headstock is inlaid with a classic fleur-de-lis design. The Kalamazoo is nickel plated and elegant in its simplicity of design – with all the tone you would expect from a fine Huber banjo. The pot is built using the Huber Engineered rim and the Huber HR-30 tone ring.

This banjo absolutely captures the essence of the pre war 5 string flatheads.  The banjo is brand new and Steve Huber has set the banjo up.  I will personally inspect the banjo prior to shipping to insure that everything is set up for the best playing and tone.  If you have any questions at all please ask.
