Items with shipping specified via FedEx or UPS cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.

Sales Tax ~ We collect and report sales tax on items picked up or shipped within the State of Texas. Any taxes or fees due outside Texas are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Electrical Items ~ We sell items that operate on U.S. standard current. If you purchase an electrical item outside the U.S., any damages caused by connecting to power outside the U.S. is not our responsibility, nor will any returns be accepted on these items.

Display Items ~ Items used in our photographs for the display of merchandise are not included with the item, unless specifically stated in the listing. This includes backdrops, stands, and other props. If a box or case is shown, your item will come with the box or case. If a guitar is sitting on a stand, you won't get the stand unless the listing says you will.

Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warranty's and accessories or your return may be subject to a restocking fee, or in extreme cases may be denied.
