Vintage Oliver Ditson Banjo Ukulele, circa 1920s-30s and made by a reputable manufacturer like Vega, Bacon or similar for the Ditson company for distribution in their stores in New York and Boston. It's been restored and set up by a banjo uke player for a banjo uke player! This high quality banjo uke has it all. Solid maple and birdseye maple pot and neck, original and functioning tuning pegs, dyed hardwood fingerboard, pearl inlay position markers, tone ring, heavy duty hardware throughout. Bright, loud, true fretting and great tone. Here's the specs: 13" soprano scale, 7" pot, string height just under 4/32nds" from 12th fret to string, 1 and 3/32nds" width fingerboard at the nut, 7/16ths" bridge height. I've installed a new calf-skin head, Aquila strings, new bridge and new bone nut. The three piece neck re-glued by the heel cap and the dowel stick reset.
