Product Description

This is a hand made Boucher style banjo. I made it from a very good kit I got online. Maple neck, Oak pot, skin head. Light stain on everything, and finished with tung oil. Fretless and tuned low - most folks put it in a D tuning (like G tuning but lower). Friction pegs work well. It has Aquila Nylgut strings. Great low tone, very earthy. Will ship in a gig bag.
