This is a most excellent, playable, bass-strung single toomba (no cumbersome upper resonator but still has good bass string resonance) concert-quality sitar that is brand new, made by Monoj Kumar Sardar.

It has a very good overall build, much attention to details here. The finish is quite hard and very reflective, and all the frets, pegs, and strings are first rate and operate very smoothly. This sitar is guaranteed to give a great many years of playing service to its new lucky owner. It does come with a padded gig bag case for lightweight transport protection.
