This particular hammered dulcimer is a 12/11, which means there are 12 courses of strings crossing the treble bridge on the left, and 11 courses of strings crossing the bass bridge on the right. All together there are 23 courses made up of 2 strings each.
Accessories Included: One pair of two sided dulcimer hammers that have a leather pad on one side to create a softer sound. Both hammers are lacewood with sheesham trim. Also included is a tuning tool and drawstring bag. Also, sheesham stand with cording for the hammered dulcimer and Persian santoor. Stand is portable and light, making it great for traveling! Legs fold to make for easy carrying. Height and width can be easily changed by by adjusting cord. Measures approximately 37.5" tall when closed and 30" tall when open with a length of 20" across top. Open: 20" (L) X 30" (H) X 25" (W), Closed: 37.5" (L) X 3" (H) X 3" (W).
