Please note that cowhide tends to be quite tough (one of the reasons we love it!), so don't be alarmed if it takes some maneuvering while still brand new! Attaching to the strap button will get easier with normal use. Also, the strap fits neatly rolled inside the packaging, which may result in a temporary crease. This will diminish after one or two uses.
